That’s why we try our best to send your order through the fastest & most reliable logistics services in Pakistan with premium packaging to keep the taste and freshness intact.

Shipping Policy

Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time the order is placed, except Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.

In rare situations where item preparation or stock availability takes more than 48 hours, the customer will be informed accordingly.

Once the order is shipped, we inform customers with tracking details.

After dispatch, deliveries across Pakistan are usually completed within 3 - 5 working days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or situations beyond human control. We will keep you updated during such events.

Shipments for Karachi are usually dispatched within 48 working hours.

Shipping Charges

All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging. If shipping charges are applicable, they will be shown at the time of checkout so customers are informed before making payment.

Returns

We're all about great taste at Nimco Bazaar.

It’s possible that you may try one of our products and not love it (although we work really hard to make sure that doesn’t happen). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns simply because of taste preferences.

In case of complaints regarding products with quality concerns, please contact us and we’ll assist you accordingly.

Returns are only applicable if the package was damaged during shipping or if the products are spoiled.
